Further Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the images.

Also included in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different sections of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
